Comprising the most proven and qualified real estate specialists worldwide that meet he highest standards of service excellence, Dutch Docklands is the latest company to become an Affiliated broker of Christie's invitation only network. The global leader in floating developments and islands, Dutch Docklands is now working alongside the Maldives' government in the joint-venture company Dutch Docklands Maldives to develop 80 million square feet of water with floating projects.Named "The 5 Lagoons", the world-class master plan will be the biggest floating developent in the world, featuring high-end luxury projects, such as the world's first 18-hole floating golf course, a Venice shaped village with townhouses, a convention hotel with a shopping center, private beaches and a lagoon with tailor made private islands.
